YOUR AI NEEDS
STRATEGY.

Your AI tools are only as good as the strategy you've given them. CommonFrame builds that foundation, using AI to get there faster and to scale what works once you do.

↓   Here's how it works
The CommonFrame Method

Six steps. One sequence.
AI running through all of it.

Traditional strategy frameworks were built before AI existed as an execution layer. The CommonFrame Method is different. AI accelerates the market research and sharpens the strategic work in the first four steps, so the foundation is built on real data, not instinct. Then it scales the output in the last two.

Most engagements start at the beginning. But if you've already done some of this work, we start where you are.

↓   AI scales what's been built above

Before we build anything, we build the picture. AI compresses market and customer research that used to take weeks, so the strategy is grounded in data before we start. This is the input layer. Everything built above it depends on getting this right.

TAM & Regional FocusWhere the market is, and where it's worth going first ICP NarrowingThe exact customer who gets the most value, fastest ICP ProblemsThe real pain, in the language your buyer actually uses Voice of CustomerWhat your best customers say you do for them Competitor AnalysisWhere you win, where you don't, and how to talk about it Interview SynthesisPatterns across customer conversations, surfaced by AI

Strategy built on instinct gets refined over time. Strategy built on data gets there faster.

Built on the research. Who you're for, what you solve, and why you and not a competitor. This is where most companies are fuzzier than they realize. Everything above this step depends on getting it right first.

Market CategoryWhere you compete and how you frame that choice Differentiated ValueWhy buyers choose you over every alternative, including doing nothing ICP DefinitionThe customer profile built from real data, not assumptions Competitive PositioningWhere you win, where you don't, and how to talk about both Proof PointsThe evidence that makes your claims believable

Get this wrong, and everything built above it will feel off, no matter how good the execution.

Positioning made usable. A messaging framework that gives your entire team (sales, marketing, product) one language to speak. Tailored to every buyer and every stakeholder in the room, so the story doesn't change depending on who's telling it.

Messaging ArchitectureA structured hierarchy from headline to proof for every audience Value NarrativesStories that make the value tangible for each buyer persona Persona MessagingTailored language for every stakeholder in the buying decision Objection HandlingPre-empting the doubts before they kill the deal Sales NarrativeThe arc of the story your reps tell from first call to close

One message. Every channel. Every person. That's alignment that compounds.

The plan that connects strategy to revenue. Which markets, which segments, which channels, and why those specifically for your stage. For B2B and B2G companies selling into enterprise or government, this means real account-based marketing: account-specific intelligence, multi-stakeholder messaging, and coordinated outreach across the buying committee. Built on the research we've already done together.

Market SelectionWhich segments and regions to prioritize first, and why Channel StrategyWhere to show up, ranked by signal strength and fit ABM StrategyAccount-specific research, messaging, and outreach for high-value targets Multi-Stakeholder MessagingDifferent messages for every person in the buying committee Sales EnablementArming your team with the assets that move deals forward Launch PlaybooksCoordinated go-to-market for new products, features, or markets

This is where positioning becomes pipeline.

Content systems trained on your positioning, so every asset, every channel, every week reflects the same story. Without starting from scratch. Your AI content strategy runs on the foundation we've built, not a generic prompt.

AI Content WorkflowsSystems that produce on-brand content in volume, automatically Brand Voice TrainingTeaching AI to write like you, not like everyone else Multi-Channel TemplatesReusable formats for LinkedIn, email, web, and more Editorial CalendarA 90-day plan that keeps your content moving with purpose Content RepurposingOne piece of content turned into ten, automatically

Your content writes itself. Consistently, at scale, in your voice.

Demand generation, outbound, and nurture workflows that run on your strategy. The velocity layer, so your team spends time closing, not building everything by hand. Outreach that sounds like you, running while you sleep.

Demand Gen AutomationCampaigns that run, optimize, and report without manual effort Outbound SequencesPersonalized at scale, because generic gets ignored Nurture FlowsKeeping warm leads warm until they're ready to buy Pipeline ReportingThe numbers that tell you what's working and what to fix

The right strategy, running at scale. That's the whole game.

About CommonFrame

Hi, I'm Lynda Chau. I've spent 20 years building GTM and marketing functions for high-growth B2B and B2G SaaS companies, from early-stage startups through Series C, across enterprise and government markets.

I founded CommonFrame on a simple belief: the right framework, applied at the right moment, is the fastest path from confusion to clarity. A common frame: shared language, shared direction, shared foundation. That is what makes a strategy actually work. The name says it.

What's changed is AI. It now makes that foundation faster to build and far more powerful to scale once you have it. CommonFrame builds the foundation first, with AI inside the process from day one, then puts AI to work scaling what we've built together.

I've scaled ARR from $5M to $40M at near 100% CAGR, contributed to $0–$60M revenue growth through positioning and enterprise sales enablement, and built demand generation and ABM programs purpose-built for government procurement cycles, where relationships, credibility, and long buying timelines require a different kind of strategy.

Let's Talk

Are you describing your product,
or your buyer's problem?

That's usually where we start. If something here resonated, let's have a conversation.
